Consulted about the affairs of the Corps and financial and repurchase regulations. [Brigadier Hosni Saadi] the commander of Nazaja [= army ground force] came for Nazaja affairs and gave a report of his visit to the fronts.

Governor Shemiran came in the evening. He reported the work and demanded the independence of the municipality of the region, which is under the administration of Tehran Municipality. He complained about the weak performance of the mayor of Tehran in the restoration of Tajrish Square.

Mr. Hamdani, a student, came. He talked about the expensive problems for the people, the problem of sick and married soldiers, and the strictness of taxes. Mr. Agha Mohammadi came. He took the order of Mr. [Syed Muhammad Baqir] Hakim to supervise the affairs of Badr Corps. About negotiations with Barzanis and Sh. M. [= chemical, microbial and radioactive defense] negotiated.

Mr. [Sidreza] Akrami, the representative of Semnan, came. He brought a petition from the people of Semnan who want to maintain the Medical Faculty of Islamic Azad University. Recently, due to the pressure of the Ministry of Health, it was decided to merge with the Shahrood unit. I worked in my office until 9 o'clock at night.
