Azam, Mohsen's wife, arrived today with her mother from Rafsanjan. Agha Jalal went to pick them up from the airport.

Azam, Mohsen's wife, arrived today from Rafsanjan with her mother. Agha Jalal went to pick them up from the airport. A suitcase belonging to his sister Azar had gone missing, and they had gone to her house as well. Fati, as usual, went to the [Islamic Republic] Party, and Faezeh had also taken the medical school entrance exam, but apparently she was not accepted.
In the afternoon, I visited the workers who were building two rooms next to the house for the Revolutionary Guards. It is supposed to be prefabricated. They have used a lot of iron; it is not economical, and it is not really very prefabricated either. Instead of welding, they are using nuts and bolts. At night, I mostly watched television. There was no important news. They showed the trial of three hundred people in Egypt; they looked very much like Iran's revolutionary Muslims and were chanting slogans about martyrdom and going to heaven; it was interesting. In the afternoon, Seyyed Hossein [Khomeini], the Imam's grandson, came and brought a letter from Ayatollah Morteza Haeri requesting assistance for the trip abroad of a paralyzed person.
