He gave a report on the construction measures and asked for the removal of obstacles and work problems and solving the problems with the military centers for crossing the streets, as well as solving the problem of the implementation of the Abbas Abad project in connection with the lands of Tehran.
Mr. [Jalil] Besharti, [Head of the Office of Underprivileged Areas of the Presidency] came for the work of underprivileged areas. Mr. [Mohammed] Emami Kashani and Mr. [Alinaghi] Khamshi came and begged for the works of Martyr Motahari High School and Foundation for the Support of Underprivileged Children.
I did the work until Maghrib. At night, the Supreme Council of National Security had a meeting. Discussions and decisions were made about Tajikistan, Afghanistan, Abu Musa and Tunb islands and the mediation of the [UN] Secretary General.
