The officials of the ten Fajr ceremony came. Mr. [Ahmed] Janati reported and discussions were held about the quality of the ceremony. I promised to help.

The representatives of Mazandaran province came. They raised the needs and expectations for construction and management of the governor; I satisfied them. I talked with Mr. [Mohammed] Majdara, [Vice Chairman of the Parliament's Program and Budget Commission] about the construction budget of 1372.

Governors and [Mr. Abdallah Nouri], Minister of State and Deputy Ministers of Interior came. They had notes and suggestions for the second program. Four governors, Mr. [Syed Hossein] Marashi, [Kerman Governor], [Ishaq] Jahangiri, [Isfahan Governor], [Alireza] Tabesh [Kurdistan Governor] and [Mahmoud] Hojjati, [Sistan and Baluchistan Governor] and the Minister of Interior presented their content and appreciated the successes of the first program. I spoke to them. I explained a little about currency and financial policies and mentioned the statistics of single rate of currency.

We prayed the congregational prayer. We ate lunch together. They also had separate referrals. [Mr. Ishaq Jahangiri], the governor of Isfahan, wants to speed up his trip to Isfahan. The governor of [Eastern] Azerbaijan said something about the demands of Azerbaijanis.

At noon, Efat, Ashraf, Qudsi, Fati, Faiza, Mehdi, and Fereshta were also in the office, with Hassan and Ali. Asr, the Economic Council was not formed. Mr. [Mustafa] Pourmohammadi came and asked permission for a program. [Mr. Bijan Namdar Zanganeh], the Minister of Energy came to discuss plans and the issue of missing people in the Amed helicopter accident.

I did the work until half past seven and came home. It rains and snows in the south and north of the city. I said they bought melons and watermelons for Yalda night.
