In the evening, I had a meeting with the central board of seven people for the transfer of agricultural land. They have many problems [in matters of land transfer] and are on the verge of resigning. I had a meeting with the commanders of [Islamic] revolutionary committees. They gave a report of their work and I spoke in detail to console them.
