[Mr. Saad Mustafa Mojabr], the ambassador of Libya, came and brought the letter of Mr. [Muammar] Gaddafi, [Libyan leader] regarding the recent threats of the United States, England, and France and the ultimatum of intensifying the economic blockade if the accused of shooting down the plane are not handed over for trial in the United States and England. In this letter, he criticized the oppressive position of the Westerners and appealed to them to solve their evil. He asked for a private time and requested that we solve the problem of the disappearance of Mr. Seyyed Musa Sadr, which has become the problem of Libya in relation to Lebanon and Shiites. I consoled them and said that if they give in to their demands, they will be more accused in facing the issues.

Mr. [Hossein] Mousavian, our ambassador in Germany, came. He gave a work report and criticized the weak performance of the central bank in managing foreign obligations and the appropriate approach to solve the problem they created and said that it is possible to solve it. I let him follow. He asked about the trip to Brunei with Yasser. I said it is disproportionate and the relevant ambassadors should be there.

Mr. [Syed Hassan] Rabbani, representative of the leadership in Sistan and Baluchistan, came for Sunnis. He gave opinions about the quality of dealing with the Sunnis through controlling the maulvis and taking over white elders and controlling the election of parliament members and attracting more non-native population and cultivating loyal native forces for the responsibilities and the need to coordinate different parts of the system to implement this policy.

The members of the production commission came. We got facilities for the import of materials and production parts and for providing liquidity to industries. The ministers of industry disagree with the central bank and the Ministry of Economy.

On the phone, I told [Mr. Velayati], the Minister of Foreign Affairs, that they can take action for the passage of Afghan fighters to Azerbaijan. Both sides have asked to give weapons and ammunition and protect the site of Khodaafrin dam in Azerbaijan against Armenians. Mr. Faruzandeh, [Minister of Defense], informed that a thirty million dollar arms and ammunition deal was made with the Azeri.

In the evening, I visited our house in Jamaran. Efet alone was busy arranging the house furniture; I helped him a little. There is a problem. At night, relatives were our guests.
