After the prayer, I went to the assembly. We did not have any important issues in the reports. In the public session of the parliament, the plan to extend the trial law of the Ministry of Heavy Industries was discussed. I defended it and it was finally approved, but probably the Guardian Council will reject it due to political considerations. The constitution of the revolutionary committees was also mentioned.

In the afternoon, Mr. [Hossein Ali] Rahmani, representative of Bijar, and Mr. [Ahmed] Zamani, representative of Nahavand, came to me. I talked with them respectively about the war and the affairs of my constituency and the problems they have with the opposition. Many representatives have problems dealing with their opponents.

In the evening, the members of the staff came to honor the teacher. I spoke for them. Then the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution had a meeting. I was elected as the vice president of the council. I was not satisfied with this choice. There was a discussion about academic jihad, but we did not reach a decision.

We were supposed to have an attack on the front tonight. I spoke with Mr. Sayad [Shirazi]. It turned out that it was delayed. Mr. Sanjaghi had come from the front and expressed the opinions of the IRGC commanders about the operation. They have objections and because of this, Sayad has been convinced to postpone the operation. We discussed with Ayatollah Khamenei about the problems of war and the problem of cooperation between the IRGC and the army and possible ways to solve the problem, but we did not get anywhere. I came to the Majlis for dinner and sleep.
