I used to study at home until half past ten in the morning. I went to Tehran University to offer Friday prayers. As usual, Mr. [Ayatollah] Khamenei was supposed to be installed, but he was not ready.
In the evening, Mr. [Mohsen] Kongerlo, the adviser to the Prime Minister, came and reported about the bringing of the Tau missile by [Manochehr] Ghorbani Far - who was sentenced to death in absentia in the Nojeh coup [incident] and bringing a message from [George] Bush [father] and Vice President [Reagan] of the United States of America.
The children went to Eram Park at noon and came back at night. On the phone, I told Mr. Velayati, who was on his way to Syria, to tell Mr. Hafez Asad, that we expect them to fulfill their promise to give SAM and Scud-B [missiles].
