Zohar Akhvi Mohammad, [the head of the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting Organization], came for broadcasting affairs; It was decided to have more control over the programs. In my opinion and that of Ayatollah Khamenei, there is a lot of criticism and slander against the system in the programs and the evil people are taking advantage. He said that someone has come from Jordan and wants an answer to Saddam's proposal. He asked the foreign ministers of the two countries to reach an understanding in a private meeting. I said we will answer after consultation.

In the evening, Dr. [Mohammed Reza] Hashemi [Golpaygani] came to discuss the agenda of the meeting of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution. We had a meeting of the Supreme National Security Council. It was discussed about being equipped to prevent the entry of Iraqi ships bought from Italy, in case of delivery; Although delivery is unlikely.

After breaking the fast, there was some talk with Ahmad Agha and Dr. [Hasan] Rouhani, [Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council]. Ahmad Agha said about the weakness of the Ministry of Information. I came home at night.
