Meeting with the Family of Martyr Mohammad Taqi Besharat

Notable Meeting with Mohammad Reza Fallah, One of the Resigned Commanders of the IRGC, Who Sought Hashemi’s Assistance for Entering Economic Activities and Complained About a Directive Allegedly Issued by Ayatollah Khamenei for the Transfer of a Cold Storage Facility Outside of Auction to Seyyed Mohammad Khamenei

Meeting with Dr. Shahabeddin Sadr

The family of Martyr [Mohammad Taqi] Besharat, a former representative in [the parliament for Dehaghan and Semirom], visited. They spoke of their difficulties and requested assistance in securing housing.

Mr. [Mohammad Reza] Fallah, a former war commander, also visited. He is a member of the IRGC who has resigned and now wants to engage in economic activities, but his resignation has not been accepted. He complained about Mr. Seyyed Mohammad Khamenei [head of the Sadra Islamic Philosophy Foundation] and the Ministry of Commerce. Allegedly, a cold storage facility that was up for auction and won by a group of war veterans, including Mr. Fallah, was later transferred to the Sadra Foundation, headed by Mr. Mohammad Khamenei, during a second auction. It was said that an order from the Office of the Leader [Ayatollah Khamenei] had influenced this. He requested that I inform the Leader about this matter.

Dr. [Shahabeddin] Sadr, President of the Medical System Organization, came by. He explained the services provided to doctors and mentioned that they currently have around 110,000 members, of which more than 60,000 are doctors. Unemployment among doctors has become a serious issue. He also provided a report on the Press Jury, of which he is a member, stating that the majority of its members are value-driven individuals who oppose anti-value media outlets. He noted that the statements made by the Leader during his meeting with right-wing groups have cooled their aggressive actions.

In the afternoon, Mr. [Hossein] Mahlouji [former Minister of Mines and Metals] visited. As usual, he expressed dissatisfaction with the General Inspection Organization, the courts, and the Office of the Leader for the unjust pressures placed on certain managers and voiced his concerns over the country's stagnation.
