The publication of the report of the General Inspection Organization headed by Seyed Ebrahim Raisi regarding the incidents in Khorramabad and accusing the office of Tahkeem Vahdat and Mustafa Tajzadeh, the then deputy minister of the interior, and Mohammad Rezaei, the then deputy governor of Lorestan, and the reactions of the reformists to it, including:

1- The Unity Office announced that it only accepts the report of the National Security Council, which mentioned the role of other institutions, including the IRGC.

2- BBC Radio, in a conversation with Taqi Rahmani, considered the purpose of the report of the General Inspection Organization against Seyyed Mustafa Tajzadeh and said: "Until the presidential elections, the plan is that Mr. Tajzadeh will not be there, and by replacing him, his deputies  They should be changed on their own, that's why in the case of tape makers, after Ms. Shirin Ebadi and Mr. Mohsen Rahami, the finger of accusation was towards Tajzadeh.

 3- BBC radio said: Musa Ghorbani, a member of the parliament's judicial commission, believes that the reaction of the National Security Council Secretariat has several flaws, including, according to him, the aforementioned council basically has no legal standing to react.  He says that the Ministry of Interior, like other similar cases, has turned aside to avoid responsibility.

4- Reuters news agency also reported from Tehran: "The General Inspection Organization of the Judiciary, which is under the influence of forces opposed to President Mohammad Khatami's reforms, blamed the members of a student group for the unrest in Khorramabad city;  The inspection report points the finger of accusation at Mustafa Tajzadeh, a key adviser to the president, and says that his role as deputy minister in political affairs was questioned.

5- The Japanese newspaper Yomiuri Shimbun wrote: Iran's Security Council confirmed in a report that some elements of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps tried to prevent the meeting of reformist students;  This is while the IRGC has officially denied any involvement in this conflict.

Yesterday [Organization] of the General Inspection of the country gave a report about the events in Khorram Abad.  He placed the main blame on Tahkeem Vahdat and [Mr. Mostafa Tajzadeh], the political deputy of the Ministry of Interior and [Mr. Mohammad Rezaei] the deputy governor of Khorramabad [Lorestan] and faced the second reaction of the Khordadis;  They read the report as one-sided and incorrect.  Last night and today, the foreign radio stations reflected their opinions by interviewing Doom Khordahis and newspapers have commented in favor of their line.

 At Razavi [Islamic Sciences] University, on the occasion of the beginning of the academic year, I gave a speech to students and professors and suggested a freer space for expressing opinions and developing humanities fields, and paying attention to government jurisprudence and the prevalence of thesis writing for students in different grades.  Mr. [Abbas Waez] Tabasi [Tulit Astan Quds Razavi] welcomed and explained the progress of the Mashhad area;  It was a useful meeting.

 We had some discussions at the headquarters with Mr. Tabasi and Mr. [Ali] Karimi [Quddosi], [the head of Astan Quds Razavi] about the affairs of the province and [Mashad] and Astan Quds.  In the same evening, we discussed with Mr. Tabasi about the country's political and cultural issues, the issue of the presidency, counter-revolutionary conspiracies, and defense solutions.  In the evening, Mashhad scholars and officials were guests of Astan Quds on the occasion of my trip.  Mr. Tabasi Khair Moghaddam said and I spoke briefly about the importance of the presence of the clergy in the scene and the national unity centered on the clergy.

 At dinner, we talked with Mr. [Hossein] Ghazali, the [director] in charge of Khorasan newspaper.  He complains about the interference of the Relief Committee, which owns the newspaper.  After dinner, Mr. [Bijan Namdar] Zanganeh [Minister of Oil] and [Ali] Abdul Alizadeh [Minister of Housing and Urban Development] came.  Mr. Zanganeh explained about the price of oil and the limited possibility of additional production, and Mr. Abdul Alizadeh explained about the housing company that is going to restructure the area around Imam Reza's shrine.  It was established during my administration and has been stagnant until now, but recently it is being activated.  Israel has announced that it has successfully tested an anti-missile missile.  I usually visit Imam Reza (a.s.) at night.
