Full Text of the Daily Notes:

The board of trustees of the Qom residents in Tehran came to discuss the need for greater attention to the development of Qom and to prevent changes to its identity due to the influx of various internal and external migrants. Mr. Alireza Noori, a representative from Tehran, reported that his brother, Mr. Abdullah Noori, has been granted a two-week leave, which is satisfactory. He hopes that with the approval of the parliament regarding the purchase of prisons for those sentenced to five years, Mr. Noori may be released after serving one year with the court's consent. He expressed dissatisfaction with Mr. Mohammad Khatami for preferring Mr. Mohammad Reza Zafarkandi for the presidency of the Medical Council, believing that Khatami's votes will decrease in the upcoming elections. He noted that only twenty percent of physicians participated in the elections for the Medical Council, mostly older doctors.

Mr. Seyyed Taher Hashemi, editor-in-chief of the daily newspaper "Entekhab," expressed his grievances regarding pressures from the leadership office for writing articles against the reformists and the increased inspections to investigate allegations of misconduct. He mentioned that such inspections have also intensified at the Islamic Propagation Office in Qom and is considering establishing an independent newspaper. In the evening, Mr. Suhani, the secretary of the Anti-Narcotics Committee of the Expediency Council, provided a report on expert reviews aimed at amending the anti-narcotics law.

Yesterday, Mohsen, the chairman of the board and managing director of the Tehran Metro Company, reported that water leakage from the ceiling of the Line 5 gallery under the Karaj highway had caused icicles to form, leading to a short circuit in the overhead electric system. As a result, the metro service to Karaj was suspended for several hours to resolve the issue, which upset many passengers traveling between Tehran and Karaj.

Negative discussions and analyses in foreign and leftist domestic media regarding the verdict in the chain murders trial are at a peak, exerting significant pressure on the judiciary. I had a dental issue, and Dr. Saeed Lahouti came to my house at night to repair it with adhesive. I watched the series about Imam Reza (A) titled "Wilayat-e Eshq," where Imam Reza (A) has just entered Merv.
