As I noted at the time, the first-instance ruling of the Islamic Revolutionary Court of Isfahan, presided over by Judge Sheikh Ali Razini, regarding Tomaj Salehi has been overturned by the panel of judges in Branch 39 of the Supreme Court, and the case must be referred for retrial to another branch of the Islamic Revolutionary Court in Isfahan.
