Amir Riaeeian, a lawyer, has reported that he has filed a criminal complaint against the director general of intelligence in Isfahan Province on behalf of Toumaj Salehi to investigate allegations of assault and harassment at the Public Employees' Prosecutor's Office.

A lawful and commendable action that I have repeatedly emphasized in various notes regarding such legal actions and subsequent information dissemination.

However, today it has been reported that Toumaj Salehi has been arrested, based on a judicial summons from the Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office in Isfahan!

The official news agency of the judiciary has fundamentally denied the existence of a criminal complaint by Toumaj Salehi and his lawyer.

What is truly happening in the judiciary?

Do the Attorney General of the country, especially Abbas Mansouri, the Deputy Attorney General for oversight of prosecutors and law enforcement, intend to investigate, supervise, and provide an appropriate response?

It is appropriate for the Inspection Center and the Information Protection Deputy of the Ministry of Intelligence to listen to the statements of Toumaj Salehi and his lawyer, review records, especially interrogation footage and his detention centers, and particularly examine the entry and exit logs and other relevant documents, as well as the evidence and footage of the arrest, to provide an honest and accurate response to any potential inquiries from the investigator and to thoroughly address the complaint made.

I emphasize that when a complainant has filed an official criminal complaint with the competent authority and has also sought justice in the virtual space, and the investigator and the prosecutorial authority have not yet issued a final decision regarding this complaint, what meaning and message can the arrest of Toumaj Salehi convey to society?

Who can we tell to take lawful action and then inform the public? Think about it.
