With the approval of Abdi Media's article by the parliament, some other issues and ambiguities have arisen

1- Where is the authority for dealing with the approvals of the Supreme Council of the Cultural Revolution, the Cyberspace Council, the Guardian Council, and the approvals and regulations of the head of the judiciary?
What authority should each of the citizens refer to if they consider them to be against Sharia, the Constitution, and even the common law?
And what exactly does that authority do for this claim?

2- The authority for handling complaints from judges and, in principle, the actions of the prosecutor's office and the special clergy court, while currently Mohseni Ajei, the head of the judiciary, is the special prosecutor general, and Montazeri, the country's attorney general, is the head of the special court for the clergy by Khamenei's decree, and in the regulations for monitoring the behavior of judges Where are the judges who have practically denied their jurisdiction?
The prosecutor's office and the special court?
Does it mean that the judge complains to the judge?

The Prosecutor's Office and the Special Clergy Court are typically an independent institution whose regulations have been approved by the leader of the Islamic Republic and are under his direct supervision. In its bylaws, it is also stated that the cases referred by the leadership are competent to deal with, regardless of whether the persons are clerics or not.

3- In cases where a disciplinary complaint against a judge is brought to the prosecutor's office and the judges' disciplinary court, with the approval of the executive regulations of the law on the supervision of judges' behavior by the current head of the judiciary (Larijani), the information of the case should not be given to the suspect and the recording of possible conviction documents. The judge should not be given to the plaintiff; Why and with what hope should the plaintiff complain to this authority and run for years?

The possible conviction of a judge in the disciplinary court of judges does not affect the trial case that the plaintiff has complained about, and it is not even a cause for retrial in the Supreme Court.

4- The Court of Administrative Justice recently inquired from the Guardian Council about a citizen's complaint about the approvals of the Corona headquarters, and that council also announced that the approvals of this council were with the permission of the Supreme National Security Council - which of course is implemented with the final signature of the leadership - so it cannot be processed and the court Administrative justice is also not competent; Now, where is the authority to deal with the claims of decisions against Sharia and the possible law of this headquarters?

What should the authorities in power do for such and similar oppression of the people? Of course, there are more examples.
