Greetings, Mr. Chairman of the Judiciary

Referring to my previous note about Mr. Bahman Abdullahi, who was arrested on charges of economic corruption and released on heavy bail by the special prosecutor's office for economic affairs:

Shortly after this incident, it was reported that extensive consultations were held with members of certain institutions to confirm his re-qualification for the Iran Cooperation Chamber elections, and finally, it was reported that these consultations were extended to the Judiciary Department, which, as soon as it was known, I wrote publicly.

And now Bahman Khan, while being released on heavy bail with the judicial-security green light, with the justification that he is acquitted and has not yet been convicted, took part in the chamber's elections and became the president of this chamber again.

Now it is not clear whether the appointment of the investigator was wrong or this is the next behavior?

I wish the judiciary and special intelligence agencies treat all the accused like this with the principle of acquittal.
