The words of Mohseni Ajieh in the recent meeting of high judicial officials should be looked at more carefully and stopped there.

In these words, he put an end to the conflicting opinions of judges in dealing with protesters in revolutionary courts.

Be more careful; The articles that he mentioned in his words about the "New Islamic Penal Code" regarding the limits and retribution and its surroundings, especially the jurisprudential and supplementary rule in the new Islamic Penal Code under the title of "rebellious" and "rebellious" ruling on the Islamic government, (even if Read "Muhareb" which the judge cites and explains.

In these words and the tone of Ejieh's statement, which was started by Mortazavi Moghadam, the head of the Supreme Court in the previous meetings of the senior judicial officials, it can be inferred that the judiciary, at least in the revolutionary courts and the preliminary stage of the proceedings, The judiciary has no reason to appease the arrested "protesters".

Therefore, in primary courts, in any way, if the accusation of the defendants is proven, which is practically proven by the interpretation of the judge, it is assumed; (And recently, the trials have been accompanied by the publication and broadcast of videos indicating the attribution of their charges) Heavy punishment awaits the accused, and according to Ejieh, if the Sharia limits in the legal articles mentioned by him supposedly do not include them, they will be sentenced to heavy punishments.

Of course, it should be seen in the case of issuing death sentences (execution) and its possible confirmation in the Supreme Court and then the stage of the investigation of the head of the judiciary; The general judicial policy and in fact the system and especially the personal decision of Ayatollah Khamenei will be accompanied by amnesty or reduction or commutation of the punishment of these convicts or not?

We should wait a bit to learn about the new process of judicial rulings and the fate of the accused during and after the trial so that we can analyze the recent judicial policy of the Islamic Republic with a broader perspective; But what is important, Mohseni Ajieh's frank words today have obvious signs that special and more care should be taken in all the sentences.

In my opinion, if no other major policy is adopted by the leader of the Islamic Republic, Ejieh's speech today can be considered a judicial manifesto of the judiciary in dealing with recent cases and protesters.
