A leader with authority above the law whose words, decisions and signatures have found the law.

I wish a lawyer would be found and say that when according to the last part of Article 107 of the Constitution, the leader is equal to the rest of the nation before the laws; How and with what legal justification regardless of other similar decisions; At least in the approval of production, Ayatollah Khamenei will stop the implementation of all the laws and systems of the ruling opposition?

Most importantly, only by the order of the superiors of the law, does the leader consider all agents and those involved in the implementation of this project immune from any kind of prosecution. Which authority and logic boycotts all regulatory and judicial institutions within the government?

In clearer words, anyone who does anything in this direction and takes a decision, even if it is against all current laws and principles, is permissible.

Refer again to my previous note in Abdi Media, where after 33 years I mentioned the contradiction in the principles of the 57th and 107th amendments to the Constitution, which was revealed after a long time.

It is really strange the future and the present of this country, especially after the approval of the amendment to the constitution

Are we going from the Islamic Republic to an Islamic government?

And even in the Islamic government, laws, justice, and supervision are taken for nothing?
