On December 30, 2023, based on the workflow carried out by the relevant deputy of the General Inspection Organization of the country, a report is prepared stating that the decision dated October 23, 2023 of the Supreme Supervisory Council regarding the annulment of the election of the president of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce and the holding of new elections is flawed. It is clearly stated in this report:

First: considering that the election of the chairman of the chamber has been completed and legally registered, the interpretation of the Supreme Supervisory Council cannot be extended to the sealed and executed matter and cannot be retroactive.

Secondly: According to the rules and regulations, the Supreme Council does not have the authority and authority to supervise and comment on the election of the board of directors, and even if the Ministry of Information has positive documents, the disqualification and responsibility for the use of weapons is only and only It is possible and possible with the order of the judicial authority.

After seeing this report, many questions and uncertainties arise:

Although I indirectly mentioned that special will many times in my notes, but the change of mind of that special will with the knowledge of the illegality of this process, by what will and at what level was it to pursue the removal of Hossein Wesalvarzi with insistence and haste?

Be careful, I just have a simple question and it is the journalist's right; isn't it?

Despite this clear report of the inspection organization, why did the judiciary and specifically the judges of the first branch of the appeals court of the administrative justice court and the 54th branch of the Tehran General Court of Law located in the courts of government employees did not issue at least a temporary order to stop the holding of illegal elections? ?

Did the head of the judicial branch know about this process and the violation of the legal choice of the private sector or not? Or was it hinted not to interfere?

Is the passage and silence of the judicial system just to reduce the friction with the government and prevent the spread of differences between the powers, or is it due to the entry and intervention of a special external will?

I emphasize again that my questions are not in any way a defense of a specific person, and the only defense of the process and procedures of the Iranian Chamber of Commerce elections is based on the votes of the private sector and at least the observance of the laws and the ruling systems in the Islamic Republic.
