Is Iran a hotbed of fire for the legitimate authorities or a game to divert the public mind?

Some people seem to consider themselves justified based on the doctrine and duty of Ayatollah Khomeini's will and Ayatollah Khamenei's recommendations to assume the soft war cited by him in cases of hard war and act on their duty and judgment to preserve the principle of the system and its achievements.

Please refer to my previous note in Abdi Media in this connection; But the question is:

Shouldn't the Islamic government, which is the absolute guardian of the jurist with incredible and extra-legal powers, and with numerous intelligence, security, military and law enforcement agencies and the Basij organization, take action to restrain and control them if they are arbitrary?

According to the rules of information, is any act disturbing the national and public security that is organized and accompanied by planning and use of operational tools and supplies? Isn't it easier to track, observe and deal with it if it is repeated over and over again?

So, what is the problem with all these numerous monitoring and protection devices and their internal security?

Why is it not dealt with and rooted for the security of the country and public comfort? Why exactly?
