یک سوال بزرگ درمورد اطلاع رسانی عجیب بیماری و وضعیت دکتر صادق زیبا کلام برایم پیش آمده

Upon Dr. Sadegh Zibakalam's arrest, I learned about his transfer to Evin Prison instead of Tehran Great Prison and his special detention in Ward 1 of this facility for proper judicial and medical considerations. I am also aware of other cases that the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office has not implemented despite references, and they are aware of this too.

I was informed about credible news regarding the efforts of his relatives and his esteemed lawyer, as well as the legal directives and constraints from the Tehran Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor's Office concerning the use of electronic ankle monitors. The deputy prosecutor explained this to Dr. Zibakalam's lawyer and other relatives in detail.

At one point, he was granted emergency leave for certain reasons, which was later extended, and I was aware of it until his return to prison.

However, I was asked not to publicize these matters at Dr. Zibakalam's request, and I complied because it was his wish and well-being. For me, truth, health, peace, and humanity are far more important than likes, views, and followers.

After the legal prohibition against using electronic ankle monitors and the judicial interpretation of it, it was time for Dr. Zibakalam and his lawyer to request a review of his illness and whether his detention in prison would exacerbate it.

While the prosecutor and his deputy were communicating with the Tehran Forensic Medicine Department and examining medical documents for submission to a medical committee, suddenly, a wave of support for Dr. Zibakalam arose, accompanied by criticism of his continued detention and some well-meaning but inaccurate comments. This led to a defensive reaction from the judiciary and the issuance of their announcement.

Shouldn't we consider the wishes and interests of the professor in such cases or obtain precise information from his esteemed lawyer? Especially from Ms. Azar Mansouri and Professor Hojjatoleslam Dr. Mohsen Barahani, who tweet emotionally without careful examination and then Mr. Hossein Dehbashi writes explanations to correct them, but the wave continues. Do they understand the consequences of their actions for an individual imprisoned and in the final stages of negotiations for release?

Why do we act so recklessly? Is this behavior correct? Does an apology remedy the situation or reverse the wave created?
