In Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani's memoirs of 1989, there are very important and interesting points about not paying attention to the law to start the presidency.

This disregard for the law during the presidency of Khamenei as the law enforcer and at the same time the leader of the Islamic Republic as the highest political official of the country and after Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani as someone who has been a member of the parliament and president of the parliament for many years is very strange and worthy of consideration.

Article 1 of the Law on Presidential Elections of the Islamic Republic of Iran approved on June 26, 1985 states:

"The term of the presidency of the Islamic Republic of Iran is four years and it starts from the date of implementation of the credentials by the leadership"

According to the news in the press at that time and Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani's newspaper of August 3, 1989, the execution ceremony of the presidential decree was held in Hosseinieh Jamaran by the leader of the Islamic Republic, while apparently, he had not yet resigned from the presidency.

In the memories of 1989 August 15, according to Article 1 of the Presidential Election Law; Akbar Hashemi has been considered the president since August 3, 1989 (even though he had not announced his resignation according to Hashemi Khamenei), Hashemi Rafsanjani had not yet resigned as a representative of the parliament, and even more strangely, he also presided over the public meeting. take

But Hashemi mentions that he will resign at the end of the meeting!!!

Hashemi also mentioned in his memoirs on August 17, 1989, that today Khamenei sent his resignation from the presidency to the parliament, and then the presidential inauguration ceremony will be held in the parliament.

In these two weeks, the height of lawlessness in the most important elections and transfer of power in Iran is really surprising.

I emphasize that I have no expertise in the legal effects of this course.

Notice how important Akbar Hashemi's memories and unique historical details are encoded? And more importantly, these memories (1989) were published during his and others' lifetimes.
