I have often mentioned individuals in various notes who have consciously or unconsciously played a role within the framework of the Islamic Republic's targeted management, steering public opinion toward the goals of this system at crucial historical moments.

I wrote these warnings even before the Mahsa Amini incident. But where are the listening ears?

The main problem is that we, as people, prefer to hear what aligns with our wishes rather than confronting reality. We are more captivated by excitement than by facts.

This is precisely what has always made us pawns in the hands of information and security players, as well as politicians who, over the years, have experimented on us and understand our vulnerabilities and weaknesses better than anyone else.

One example of this targeted guidance and management of public opinion is the creation of multiple short-term content and entertainment pieces to distract from a more significant issue.

The same theory of “averting a greater harm by a lesser harm” is applied here: sometimes, to prevent the eruption and destruction of a whole forest, a few trees are sacrificed. Which is more beneficial for the forest?

Of course, in the eyes of others, those who break the trees are labeled as being against the forest and are pursued and “liked.” However, in reality, the forest benefits—not those who like or follow the tree-breakers.

By the way, does anyone remember the grand project of *Molasazi* and the sale of assets by a specific group of trusted authorities in the system, along with their judicial immunity and the multiple criticisms regarding the manner of these sales and transfers?

Who continued to follow up on this? What has been the outcome of all those privileges and sales up to now?

This is precisely what *targeted guidance of public opinion* looks like.
