Home/Special noteThe Structure and Composition of the Twelfth Parliament: Another Piece of the Mega Puzzle of the SystemRead2 minutes -Thursday 2024/10/17 - 00:27News Code:4408Share You may recall that I have written in multiple notes on "Abdi Media":Until the will of "Ayatollah Khamenei" regarding the import of home appliances, iPhones, and primarily vehicles changes, all processes related to the approval of laws, correspondence, references, speeches, and promises made by each of the executive, supervisory, and legislative branches are essentially meaningless. Recently, "Abbas Ali Abadi," the Minister of Industry, Mines, and Trade, was questioned regarding vehicle imports by the Revolutionary Parliament, similar to the questioning of "Fatemi Amin," the previous Minister of Industry. The result? Almost nothing. Some representatives of the Revolutionary Parliament, such as "Jalal Rashidi Koocheh," were aware that "Ayatollah Khamenei's" will does not permit large-scale vehicle imports. Without directly referencing the will of the Supreme Leader within the framework of the overarching policies of the system, they promised repeatedly while riding the wave of Articles 1 and 2 of Article 110 of the Constitution, under the approval and supervision of the Supreme Supervisory Board, disregarding other visible and hidden powers. My reminders and specific warnings to them on "Abdi Media" are quite clear and documented, showing that they merely played with the public, and regrettably, many are eager to witness these political maneuvers. Furthermore, "Jalal Rashidi Koocheh" knew that his actions and efforts in the virtual space would have repercussions, and besides potential disqualifications, he was likely seeking the current outcome. Of course, I will not delve into the cases and reports of other specific institutions concerning certain individuals, as there is another legal review stage remaining in the Guardian Council for them to exercise their right to objection, perhaps in this phase—especially with the loss of promotional opportunities, particularly local and field visits—they may gain approval. The message at this stage of the Islamic system is quite clear. As I noted in separate writings, all power structures in the Islamic Republic, especially the Parliament and its representatives, should be more aware: For a long time, the will of "Ayatollah Khamenei" has been to exercise more of the extensive powers of the "Absolute Guardianship of the Jurist" as outlined in Article 57 of the amended Constitution of 1989, and all power structures in the three branches of government, whether elected or appointed, are defined under this power of "Absolute Guardianship" and "Imamate of the Ummah." It should be noted that under this, not the extent of this absolute power in Article 57 of the Constitution, and more explicitly, all officials at all levels, especially elected ones, are expected to understand their limits and the scope of their relative authorities. Anyone who thinks otherwise should read all my notes related to this matter and its tangible outcomes to date on "Abdi Media." The story of further coordination between the political, security, legislative, and even clerical structures of the country continues… 🔸This will remain as a keepsake in this shop of cleverness for a little while longer.
