World Suicide Prevention Day

September 10, corresponding to the 19th of Shahrivar, is World Suicide Prevention Day, which is commemorated annually by the World Health Organization with awareness campaigns on mental health and suicide prevention .

This occasion is also recorded in Iran's official calendar, and each year health and cultural institutions hold programs to raise public awareness about this issue
