در نشست خبری اخیر، رئیس کل سازمان نظام پرستاری با تأکید بر چالش‌ها و مشکلات جامعه پرستاری اعلام کرد که هیچ‌یک از مطالبات پرستاران تاکنون به نتیجه قطعی نرسیده است.

Dr. Ahmed Najatian announced that none of the demands of the nurses have yet reached a definitive result and we are still waiting for the fulfillment of the demands of the nurses. He added that in the process of determining the nurse-to-bed standard, the program and budget organization has not yet reached a final agreement and this issue is still under consideration as one of the basic needs of the health field. 

The head of the Nursing System Organization also announced that the nursing community is waiting for the presence of the President at the Nurses' Day ceremony to get closer acquainted with the issues and concerns of this segment. 

Emphasizing the importance of home care services, he called for these services to be included in the referral system and have insurance coverage. He also pointed to the establishment of relief schools as the wrong address that could divert the resources and focus of the health system from the mainstream.
