In a decree issued by the head of the Environmental Protection Organization, Marjan Shakri was appointed as the head of the General Department of Environmental Protection of Isfahan province. 

Shakri has a master's degree in environmental management and the general director of environmental protection of Kerman province, the expert responsible for investigating water and soil pollution in his work record.
