Tehran prosecutor: The case of the murder of Elahe Hosseinnezhad has been referred to the special investigation branch.

The case will be handled in the shortest possible time.

Following extensive investigations and under judicial orders from the Tehran Prosecutor's Office, the body of Elahe Hosseinnajad was discovered in the deserts surrounding Tehran, and the suspects in the case have been apprehended. In this regard, Ali Salehi, the Tehran Prosecutor, announced that the case has been referred to a special investigation branch.

Ali Salehi, the prosecutor of Tehran, said: With the discovery of the body of the late Elahe Hosseinnajad in the deserts around Tehran and the arrest of the murder suspect, a case has been filed in the special investigation branch in Tehran and investigations have begun.

Salehi stated: With the judicial and police investigations conducted, the suspect in the case has been arrested by the experienced team of the investigative police of Faraja, and the case will be addressed as quickly as possible.

The Tehran prosecutor continued: We are working to handle the case as quickly as possible and to take decisive and deterrent action against the perpetrator and any other potential accomplices of this crime.

According to this report, after the announcement of the disappearance of Elahe Hosseinnajad in the Azadi Square area and extensive efforts to trace her, a case was filed at the Tehran Criminal Court this week, and special orders were issued by the judicial authority for extensive investigations on this matter.

The report states that on the day of the crime, the deceased Elaheh Hosseinnejad gets into a silver Samand car to return home. The driver of Samand had a sinister intention to kill him by stabbing him twice in the chest and leaving his body in the deserts around Tehran.

With the arrest of the suspects, the body was identified and transferred to the forensic department for further investigation. The case investigation is ongoing.
