An informed source in the Ministry of Information announced that following Hamidreza Naghashian's recent claims that there is a case in the Ministry of Information regarding the biological assassination of the founder of the Islamic Republic and following the inquiry of the Khomeini Works Editing and Publishing Institute from the Ministry of Information on this matter, this ministry, in addition to The official denial of the painters' statements has sent a copy of his letter to the judicial authority.
This knowledgeable source clarified: "Naghashian did not have any responsibility in the Ministry of Information during the time of Imam Khomeini's death or after."
It is said that the false claims made by the painters in his assignment to the Ministry of Information are unprecedented and the aforementioned has several cases in the judicial system in the past years on the charge of "usurping the title of the Ministry of Information" and other criminal titles.
