Based on my information as well, these matters are correct, and the individuals in question were exactly the ones you mentioned. But apparently, consultation requires higher expertise.

Mr. President asks how it happened that Mohsen Delaviz and Emad Hosseini, with what reasoning and from what source, were removed from the Ministry of Petroleum, the Petrochemical Company, and then the newly established Energy Organization?
