First: The existence and health of the leader must be verified for the general public.

Second: Any delegation of authority or even appointment must be announced publicly on the official information website of the Leader's office.

Even if authority has been delegated to Mr. Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, it must be announced, and this requires the trust and awareness of the people regarding the office of the third Supreme Leader and its officials.

This approach will lead nowhere in the medium and long term.
