Class-based internet is a political term. Class is a concept related to society, and we don't have anything called class-based internet in the realm of the internet.
Seyyed Abolhasan Firouzabadi, the former secretary of the Supreme Council of Cyberspace, said in an interview with Khabar Online: "The term 'class Internet' is a political term. Class is a concept related to society, and we do not have anything like a 'class Internet' in the field of the internet. This term is being used by a group in connection to one of the regulations that have previously been discussed regarding the internet. In fact, this discussion has been focused on in the Supreme Council of Cyberspace for some time and has also been addressed in the working group determining criminal instances."
