"An error occurred on the part of the operational agents, and Mr. Fazeli mentioned that the Leader has issued a warning. This is natural, as reports may reach the Leader, or he may see them in the virtual space.
These two warnings regarding the execution of all security, cultural, and social missions are natural, as it is possible for an agent to make a mistake in execution, and this warning helps correct that error. Therefore, the fundamental mission is not called into question; it must be executed correctly.
According to my information, the agent who made the mistake has been dealt with and warned, and measures are being taken to ensure that such incidents do not happen again, so that this mission is carried out properly."
