According to the East report; Referring to the latest status of the case of Sharife Mohammadi, Amir Raisian, the lawyer of Sharife Mohammadi, stated: "After the hearing, the Supreme Court of the country overruled the sentence of my client, Mrs. Sharife Mohammadi, and referred the case to the same branch for re-examination."
Sharife Mohammadi, a labor activist, was sentenced to death on July 4, 2024, on the charge of "treason".
