According to the decision of Branch 32 of the Tehran Islamic Revolution Court, the perpetrators of Hajjaryan's assassination were sentenced to prison.

The first accused: Saeed Askar, the son of Mohammad Dadyer, a 20-year-old student, was sentenced to 15 years imprisonment in Isfahan prison for acting against the country's security through the assassination of Saeed Hajarian and Abulqasem Shafiei.

Seyyed Mohsen Majidi was also sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in Shiraz prison on the charge of acting against national security through the assassination of Hajarian and Shafiei, as well as Mr. Kaveh.

Also, Mohammad Ali Moghadami was sentenced to 7 years imprisonment in Kermanshah prison on the charge of acting against the country's security through being a deputy in the assassination of Hajjaryan.

The rest of the defendants were sentenced to four to three years in prison, and Musa Jan Nishari, Mehdi Roghani and Saeed Gegunani were also acquitted.

Of course, it should be noted that Saeed Askar stayed in prison for less than a year and then was released.
