Also, the decree issued regarding the money laundering charge, with the amendment of the amount and income subject to the fine, was also approved in accordance with Paragraph A of Article 469 of the Criminal Procedure Law.
The Judiciary Media Center also reminded: Akbar Tabari's case has other types of accusations and convictions, which are being processed by the judicial authority, and will be informed about them as soon as the judicial authority investigates them.
