The Ministry of Education announced:
Despite the calculation of service years and the issuance of an employment decree by the Education Department of Behshahr County in Mazandaran Province, the plaintiff pursued the matter again regarding the obligation to accept deductions and issue a retirement decree against the mentioned Retirement Fund, from the Administrative Justice Court, requesting the full implementation of the initial 2009 verdict. After the re-examination process in the court the failure to notify the Ministry of Education's systems of the refusal to execute the ruling, and the lack of awareness of the relevant official about this matter, the case resulted in the issuance of a non-final temporary dismissal order for the Minister of Education in Branch 44 of the Administrative Justice Court.
According to the implementation of the provisions of the judgment issued by the court and the inclusion of the complainant's years of service by Mazandaran province education, the issue is ordered to be followed up through the court of administrative justice.
Abdi Media emphasized in his news that the said decision is preliminary and can be appealed within the prescribed period in the appeals divisions of the Court of Administrative Justice.
