To Mr. Hossein Samsami,

Member of the Islamic Consultative Assembly,

Greetings,

You know that if you express an opinion and raise a question from the official podium of the Parliament in your capacity as a Member of Parliament, you are immune from judicial prosecution.

You vociferously spoke of several million barrels of missing oil; however, as a Member of Parliament, it would be fitting for you to inquire of all relevant judicial, security, and supervisory bodies, or, if you possess the relevant documents, to expose them with evidence.

1. Which so-called group served as the intermediary in this missing link?
2. Did the former head of the Oil Industry Protection Organization (Herasat) and his deputy for personnel protection commit negligence, fault, or indiscretion in exercising oversight over this process?

However, the more critical question is this: Why did they submit a false report to the interrogator?

And now, why is the judicial case—which led to a final decision—not being reopened on the basis of a new, factual report?

These are not difficult questions, provided, of course, that you are not concerned about falling out of alignment.
