I find it strange, Mr. Rouhollah Hosseinian, with all your intelligence, judicial, and security background, in the letter you published, were you not aware that Sheikh Sadeq Larijani, in order for the Judicial Intelligence to act as an enforcement authority of the judiciary and essentially bypass the Criminal Procedure Code, prepared a memorandum for Ayatollah Khamenei and, with extralegal powers, obtained permission from him for this center to be an enforcement authority?  

Regarding the surveillance mentioned in this report, did he really not know how and with what backing it was carried out, or did he intentionally involve himself in it?
