If it is repeated more than 4 times, the punishment for this person will be the same as the punishment for the promoters of hijab.

If in the place of business, profession or occupation, their owners or employees commit nudity, indecency, lack of veil or bad clothing in any order, in addition to the punishment of the offender, the owner of the profession or occupation for the first time shall be fined 5th degree or pay 2 months of interest She will be sentenced from the income of that job (whichever is more) and will be banned from leaving for 6 months to 2 years at the discretion of the judge. If this issue is repeated, she will be sentenced to a 4th degree fine or pay 4 months of interest from the income of that job and be banned from leaving for 6 months to 2 years.

If a person who has a reputation or social influence commits or advertises promiscuity in virtual or non-virtual space, in addition to being sentenced to the punishment related to the crime committed, to a 2nd degree fine or payment of 10% of the total assets (whichever is more) will be condemned.

Also, a person with a reputation will be banned from working or professional activities for 6 months to 5 years. In addition, upon the judge's decision, she will be banned from leaving for 2 years and will not have the right to work in cyberspace from 6 months to 2 years, and all her tax exemptions will be canceled.

If this famous person repeats the lawlessness again, this time he will be sentenced to a fine of first degree or payment of 10% of his total assets. This person will be banned from professional activities for 5 to 15 years and banned from leaving for 2 years. From 6 months to 2 years, he will be banned from cyberspace.

It is forbidden to order advertisements to natural or legal persons who promote nudity inside or outside the country in the virtual or media space, and if someone does this, they will be sentenced to a fine of 3 or 4 times the amount paid for the advertisement. And in case of repetition, the punishment will be doubled.
