اعتراض یک مرجع تقلید به بررسی مجدد طرح تعطیلی شنبه‌ها در مجلس

Ayatollah Subhani, a source of emulation, wrote in a letter to Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf:

In the news, it has been stated, "The closure of Saturdays will be reconsidered in Parliament!" The reason for returning to Parliament is said to be that Saturday closure is in the interest of the country and the economy, and this move is based on global holidays to avoid issues in international and economic dealings.

How can a proposal that has been rejected by the Guardian Council and deemed contrary to public interests by the oversight body of parliamentary legislation, and has also been rejected by a group of religious authorities, return to Parliament once again?

The closure of Saturdays contradicts the Constitution, which states that the weekly holiday is on Friday, and this phrase implies exclusivity. Likewise, the two principles mentioned alongside it also imply exclusivity: "Persian language," which is the official language of the country (Article 15). Can Hebrew also be recognized? The flag of the Islamic country consists of three colors (Article 18). Can a fourth color be added?

Do not allow such a proposal to enter the parliamentary committees again. The country faces numerous challenges today, and Parliament's time should not be wasted on such matters.
