No soldier in the military hierarchy of the Islamic Republic is allowed to wear a military uniform without the permission of the commander and give an interview to a domestic news agency, let alone a foreign news agency, and utter words that are related to the principles of the Islamic Republic.
Ali Shamkhani is the Ayatollah's political advisor and his representative in the Defense Council, and he did not give an interview without coordination.
