"A lie so obvious?!
The Leader of the Revolution during the tenure of the Planning and Budget Organization, Mr. Roghani Zanjani: The basis of the country's general economic policy is public welfare and social justice... There should be no poverty in society... The Planning Organization and the country's planners, with this general policy and on this basis, should plan."
