I extend my congratulations on the blessed occasions of Sha’ban and my prayers for the well-being and reappearance of the sole savior of humanity and the enforcer of global justice, the heir of Muhammad (PBUH), the refuge of all beings, Mahdi Al-Maw’oud (AJ), as well as my congratulations on the ten-day celebration of the Islamic Revolution. As the esteemed members of the Bar Association are aware, in your distinguished presence, after submitting a lawful request, and beyond the decision of the respected authority, I myself insisted on following all legal procedures and the stipulated requirements concerning the issuance of law licenses for retired judges, which was duly carried out.Considering the uproar and clamor of certain foreign opposition media, as well as the comments of some lawyers who, without reviewing the documents or seeking any clarification from me or the esteemed authority, have ignorantly voiced opinions contrary to the truth and in violation of the law, I must address these matters. Unfortunately, most of these objections stem from my tenure as a judge and Tehran’s prosecutor, coupled with the false and fabricated allegations that originate from the same media sources. The falsity of these claims has been confirmed by the highest judicial authorities in the country, including appellate courts, various branches of the Supreme Court, particularly the First Branch, which, under Article 477 of the Criminal Procedure Code, declared my conviction to be in clear violation of Islamic law. Subsequently, after following due legal procedures, the judges of the First Branch of the Supreme Court reviewed the case on its merits and overturned my previous sentences, issuing a final acquittal. Additionally, under Article 474 of the same law, the Supreme Court and appellate branches acknowledged that no crime had been committed and that the previous convictions were unlawful. In absolute innocence, I consider the recent wave of attacks against me as a result of a lifetime of striving and sincere service within the judiciary, holding the most challenging positions and missions in safeguarding the security of citizens and our beloved homeland against the sedition and chaos of enemies. My only desired reward is the satisfaction of Almighty God, and any earthly retribution is insignificant compared to my belief in divine recompense. As you can see, other dedicated officials of this country are also not spared from the slander, lies, and false accusations propagated by such media outlets. Thus, to prevent the opportunistic exploitation of certain media and individuals who, under the guise of defending rights and the rule of law, act in direct contradiction to these principles, I voluntarily forgo my legal right to hold a law license, which I have not used in the past months. Those seeking legal advice and solutions are free to choose any competent and trustworthy individual, and providing such consultation does not necessarily require a law license. However, I emphasize that any ruling or opinion issued by the esteemed Disciplinary Court of Judges regarding this matter, upon the request and report of the esteemed authority, is "on my head and in my sight"—I will abide by it. But rest assured, some malicious individuals will not accept even a verdict from the highest disciplinary court if it does not align with their personal motives and vendettas. They will continue their unethical and unlawful actions, fostering a clouded atmosphere where truth is obscured and legal decision-making becomes difficult.
