Ayatollah Tavakkol, a member of the Assembly of Experts, remarked on Vladimir Putin's demeanor during his visit with Iran’s Supreme Leader, noting that despite Putin’s assertiveness on the global stage, he displays a humble attitude in the presence of the Leader. Tavakkol stated, “It's strange that Putin, who speaks with authority to the world and doesn't pay attention to it, sits on the edge of the sofa when with the Leader, places his hands on his knees, speaks respectfully with him, and even says, ‘Accept me as your own son.’ Meanwhile, these young political commentators who have read a few pages about politics fail to understand the significance of such interactions.”
