A footnote to the note of Sayyid Muhammad Ali Abtahi

 Regarding the violation of Hashem Aghajari's death sentence, the following historical truth must be stated:

Ask him who he consulted and then what fatwa was issued to Ayatollah Khamenei in writing, and how did he emphasize the sanctity of the Muslim tail?

 The original fatwa and Ayatollah Khamenei's response, in addition to the records of the case in the Supreme Court branch and in the executive file of the execution of the sentences that have been closed, are certainly available in the office of the Deputy of Religious Communications of the Supreme Leader's Office.

Just as Ayatollah Khamenei's jurisprudential opinion was contrary to Ayatollah Khomeini's view of the apostasy sentence, which led to the non-execution of Sheikh Hassan Yousefi Eshkevari and several other convicts of the Special Court for the Clergy, and at the same time, Mohseni Ejeh, the special prosecutor appointed for the clergy, announced in an interview, and it certainly exists.
