Iraqchi: There will be no agreement if enrichment is denied.
There is a clear reason why only a few countries have achieved the capability to produce nuclear reactor fuel.
Minister of Foreign Affairs:
There is a clear reason why only a few countries have been able to develop the capability to produce nuclear reactor fuel. This requires not only significant financial resources and a strategic political outlook, but also a strong industrial infrastructure and a technological-university system capable of generating the necessary human capital and technical knowledge.
Iran has paid a heavy price to achieve these capabilities; and under no circumstances will we patriots who made this dream come true be discouraged.
I emphasize again: there will be no agreement with the denial of enrichment. An agreement may be possible with the aim of denying nuclear weapons.
