I prefer not to speak about myself. After consulting with Dr. Pezeshkian, he instructed me to continue my work in the government. I am fulfilling my duty and do not let these matters occupy my mind.

The revision of the law had the least connection to me. The goal is to employ talented and qualified individuals in academic and university management positions, as well as in roles where, due to a threat-oriented view of Iranians abroad, it has not been possible to benefit from them. We hope that this issue will be resolved through constructive cooperation between the government and parliament.

Different approaches should be present in the government, but this does not mean that the government is a unity government, a joint-stock company, or a coalition government.

In this situation, we can take a step forward by looking at the region and the world based on opportunity rather than threat.

Iranians abroad are educated and successful entrepreneurs whom every country uses as an asset and opportunity. I am sure the country’s leaders believe that we should look at them from this perspective.

Let’s not turn a large group of Iranians, who have always been an opportunity for us, into a threat. We should only consider someone a threat if they have committed an offense. Let us not, by focusing on unrealistic goals, overlook real cases of infiltration, threat, and espionage.  (IRNA)
