 Recently, Ali Agha Mohammadi, a member of the Expediency Council, claimed in a statement that in 2005 

 Hassan Rouhani's website wrote:

Recently, Ali Agha Mohammadi, a member of the Expediency Council, claimed that he went to the Geneva talks with Dr. Hassan Rouhani in 2005, where the Westerners were not even satisfied with Iran having three centrifuges.

Basically, Ali Agha Mohammadi was not a member of the nuclear negotiating team, and it is clear that since he was not responsible, he did not know the content of the negotiations, as he accompanied the negotiating team headed by Dr. Rouhani in the Geneva talks (25/05/2005) for other reasons.
