In a letter addressed to Vahid Dastjerdi, the secretary of the National Population Headquarters, Mohsen Haji Mirzaei, the head of the President's Office, announced the President's agreement with his request to delegate authority to issue the rulings of the deputies and officials of the specialized working groups of this headquarters, and stated:
With the approval of the President and with the aim of accelerating the implementation and optimal advancement of the duties stipulated in the said law, the authority to issue rulings of the deputies and officials of the specialized working groups of the Secretariat of the National Population Headquarters shall be delegated to the Supreme Government.
